MegaHobby.com is thrilled to be back at Spielwarenmesse, the International Toy Fair in Nuremberg, Germany. While there, we were ecstatic to see dozens of our suppliers from across the world, to discuss new products, plans for the upcoming year, and promotional ideas to help give our loyal customers the best possible deals on items from around the hobby industry.

One of the first booths we ventured into was the Tamiya booth, where we saw plans for a 1/35 scale AMX-13 French Light Tank, expected to be released in 2016.

We also saw a full built-up of their 1/24 scale FXX K model car kit, complete with the detail set made also by Tamiya.

We then ventured into the Aoshima booth to take a gander at the newest plans for the popular Japanese model company. We were shown a mock-up of the box art for a new 1/24 scale Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 Superveloce, expected to be released this year.

Aoshima also showed us a test shot of perhaps one of the most exciting kits they have created in quite some time: a 1/24 scale A4 Transporter, with expected release in time for Christmas 2016. Once the tooling is complete, we will make this kit available for preorder on our website!

Lastly, we were treated by our good friends at Trumpeter Models to the final test shot of their 1/200 scale HMS Hood, one of the biggest kits of the year. With an expected release date of Summer 2016, the Hood is a beast and as detailed as those popular 1/200 Trumpeter kits before it: the Missouri, Bismark, Arizona, and more. Many of our customers have told us how eagerly they are awaiting the release of the Hood, and we can admit that we feel the same way! We will provide more information on the Hood as we get closer to its release date.

Stay tuned for more information over the next few days as we bring you all of the best from Spielwarenmesse 2016!
