Its completed length is over 38.5 inches, so reserve space before construction begins. The mini set combines the Flying Sub, Diving Bell and Mini Sub, and is described by the manufacturer as being in scale with the large Seaview kits. That relationship does not mean a docking bay is included in the eight-window submarine.

Plan the finish and display

A large hull rewards careful seam preparation and a clear handling plan. Work through the instructions before joining sections that affect the observation lounge or clear windows. Choose a finish that preserves the recognizable submarine silhouette, and test paint on spare material before using it around prominent clear parts. Small companion vehicles benefit from restrained contrast and clean display positioning.

Browse the complete Moebius Models collection and compare related subjects in Model Ships.
