Assembly Required Skill Level 2. Ages 12 and up.
First seen flying in the skies in May 1958, the Phantom II has served as a reliable and capable aircraft ever since. The Phantom II was originally employed by the U.S. Navy and then later adopted by the U.S. Air Force after it embarrased many of the traditionally used craft. The Phantom II was victorious time after time in conflicts around the globe. Today, the Phantom has been replaced by the F-16. It is still in service in the air force of many nations, and is currently utilized in the U.S. as a training craft.
