Description
These locomotives corresponded almost exactly to the three-axis type of the prototype HR 360 C12. Already being used in the Army, the Air Force and Navy became interested in this type and the designation was changed into WR 360 C12. The later WR 360 C14 exhibited a few differences, including having no multi-step-transmission and therefore a maximum speed of only 45 km, a wheel base that was around 350 mm shorter, a total weight of 36 tons and an axle load of 12 tons.
