Description
The BREM-1 ARV was developed to support the Soviet T-72 MBT. Its main role is to rescue damaged tanks and other armored vehicles on the battlefield without a fixed repair and maintenance facility. BREM-1 was based on a T-72A MBT chassis and powered by a V-46 780hp multi-fuel diesel engine. BREM-1 entered production in 1984 and delivered a total of 342 vehicles through 1990.
