Description
At the end of the 1960s the Mikoyan Design Bureau was developing the world’s first interceptor fighter with a speed of Mach 3 – the MiG-25. At the same time a high reconnaissance-bomber modification was designed, called the MiG-25RB. The improved modification featured updated avionics and was not produced until 1980. These near-perfect recon planes served in the Soviet Air Force and were delivered to Iraq and Libya.
