Description
Tunnel Portals, Retaining Walls, Culverts, and Roads reinforce natural terrain contours and add functionality, realism and interest to your layout. Culverts are one of the more common manmade landscape features that exist in virtually all kinds of terrain. They help direct water by diverting it under rather than onto tracks and roads. Culverts, constructed of different materials, are often seen in the same geographic location. Normally, culverts are found in pairs with one on either side of the track or road. Culverts do not need to contain standing water to be realistic, but would quite likely have some Talus (rock debris) and vegetation along the base.
Woodland Scenics recommends their Earth Colors Liquid Pigment Set for the most realistic paint job.
