Mission Models Semi Gloss Clear – Clear finish coat
Semi Gloss Clear gives your model a semi-gloss clear finish. Select a clear coat for the stage of the build. Gloss provides a smooth surface for decals, semi-gloss gives a soft sheen and flat suits subjects where you want to reduce reflections.
Why choose this product?
- Clear finish for controlling the sheen of a painted model
- Use the specified sheen for the current stage of the build
Recommended Mission Models workflow
- Start with a dry base. Recreate the planned color, decals and weathering layers on a sample.
- Test the spray. Follow the clear-specific instructions when adjusting with Mission Models Thinner / Reducer.
- Apply even passes and check the dry sheen before masking or using decal solutions.
Where it fits in your build
Check the finish over a sample with the same colors, decals and weathering. Give the underlying finish time to dry and let the clear dry before using decal solutions or masking.
