Ideas for your next automotive project

Looking at completed models can help you think through the direction of a build before choosing materials. Compare stance, color combinations and the balance between large body surfaces and small details. Event reporting also offers a view of the variety within automotive modeling, from personal projects to display and competition builds.

Keep a magazine beside a project notebook to record ideas worth exploring with your own kit and reference material. A feature can provide inspiration, but any measurements, paint choices or modifications still need to suit the particular vehicle and scale you are building.
