Product features and specifications

Blast back to the golden age of model rocketry with the Laser X2™, a modern reimagining of the iconic 1960s Laser X by legendary designer Lee Piester. This advanced kit blends retro sci-fi style with modern engineering to deliver a rocket that looks as good as it flies.

With its intricate fin tip details, distinctive boat tail, and redesigned decals, the Laser X2™ soars up to 450 feet on recommended C5-3 or C6-3 engines before deploying a 15-inch parachute for a smooth recovery. More than a rocket, it’s a hands-on tribute to exploration and innovation.

Skill Level - Advanced Build Assembly Required Recommended Engine - sC5-3, C6-3 Max Altitude - 450 ft. (137 m)

Plan the complete rocketry project

A kit, launch set and starter set can contain different equipment; only items specifically listed are included.

Published altitude figures are estimates under the stated conditions, not guaranteed flight results. Follow the supplied instructions and appropriate model rocketry safety guidance when preparing and flying the completed model.
