Excel Sanding Stick with 240 Grit belt

Excel Sanding Stick with 240 Grit belt is an Excel product for your hobby workbench. Shop Excel sanding sticks and replacement belts by grit and package quantity. Match the replacement belt to the holder before choosing the abrasive grade.

Using it on your project

This listing identifies 240 grit. Compare it with the other grades on your bench and choose a progression that removes the defect while preserving the surrounding shape.

Begin with a grade that removes the defect without unnecessary material loss. Work through finer grades as needed, checking the surface under a light before primer.

What to compare before ordering

Check the product number, format and package quantity against the task on your bench. A blade profile, numbered drill size, abrasive grade or jaw shape can change how a tool reaches a small part. Compare the listing with the tool or holder you already own before choosing a replacement or accessory.
