Evergreen 12 x 24" Styrene Siding Sheet, V-Groove .040" Thick -- .125" Spacing

Evergreen 14125 is V-groove styrene siding for scratch building and model detailing. This listing is for 12 x 24" Styrene Siding Sheet, V-Groove .040" Thick -- .125" Spacing. Match the section or pattern to your drawing before choosing the material for a new part.

Ideas for your workbench

Parallel grooves provide repeated lines for board effects, panel divisions and fabricated siding. Lay out the direction of the pattern before cutting so the boards or joints run the intended way across the model.

Choose the right size and format

Groove spacing and sheet thickness are separate measurements. Compare the spacing with your modeling scale and check the sheet dimensions before planning a continuous wall.

Cutting and finishing

Measure and mark the part before cutting, support the material on a suitable work surface and dry-fit the assembly. Use an adhesive appropriate for the materials being joined and test it on an offcut. Clean up cut edges before applying a compatible finish; a small test piece helps confirm the appearance before painting the completed model.
