Evergreen 12 x 24" Clear Oriented Polystyrene Sheet -- .015" Thick pkg(5)

Evergreen 19007 is clear or transparent colored sheet for scratch building and model detailing. This listing is for 12 x 24" Clear Oriented Polystyrene Sheet -- .015" Thick pkg(5). Match the section or pattern to your drawing before choosing the material for a new part.

Ideas for your workbench

Use transparent sheet for flat glazing, small panels and other details where light should pass through the material. The named color and thickness help determine whether it suits a window, tinted insert or decorative effect.

Choose the right size and format

Protect the visible faces while marking and cutting. Test adhesive, masking and any painted finish on scrap; surface damage or clouding is more noticeable on a transparent component.

Cutting and finishing

Measure and mark the part before cutting, support the material on a suitable work surface and dry-fit the assembly. Use an adhesive appropriate for the materials being joined and test it on an offcut. Clean up cut edges before applying a compatible finish; a small test piece helps confirm the appearance before painting the completed model.
