Xuron 496 Split Ring Pliers

Xuron 496 Split Ring Pliers is part of the Xuron tool range at MegaHobby.

Designed for performance and ease of use, our split ring plier's curved catch tip opens the ring and securely grasps it, simplifying installation of clasps, charms or other jewelry pieces.

Low profile return spring automatically brings tool back to open position after each installation.

Control for Small Parts and Wire Forming

Jaw shape makes a difference when reaching into an assembly or holding a small component. Select smooth, serrated, bent, flat or round jaws around the task and the finish of the material being handled. A tool for gripping or forming should not be treated as a cutter unless its specifications include that function.

These tools suit focused bench work where access and control matter. Compare the jaw geometry described below with the part or wire you need to manipulate, and avoid forcing a delicate tip to do the work of a larger tool.
