Plan the finish around your model

Choose the aircraft, date and squadron before deciding how to use the palette. The set includes Dark Sea Grey alongside shades that can support anti-glare panels, cockpit areas, white details, exhausts and selected equipment. These are available colors for your project, not a requirement to apply every color to every aircraft. Consult references for the exact configuration and finish.

Mix each color thoroughly before use and follow the bottle label for application, compatible thinner and cleanup. Test your planned paint and finishing products on a spare surface before applying them to the model. Build up the finish in controlled stages, allowing suitable drying time before masking, decals or subsequent coats.
