Moebius Models 1972 Ford F-350 4x4 High-Side Tow Truck 1/25 Scale Model Kit

Moebius Models 1972 Ford F-350 4x4 High-Side Tow Truck 1/25 Scale Model Kit offers 1972 Ford F-350 4x4 High-Side Tow Truck as a unassembled plastic model kit for your hobby collection. The high-side wrecker body turns this Ford into a recovery-truck project. The Larry's Towing Service theme offers a starting point for a working-vehicle display.

Plan your project

Plan the truck as a complete vehicle, with coordinated finishes for the cab, interior, chassis and working equipment. A clean restored appearance and a lightly used work-truck finish are both possible approaches. Choose one direction early so body gloss, wheel treatment and underside detail support the same display theme.

Building and finishing

Test-fit the cab, frame and running gear before painting, and check the wheel contact on a flat surface before the final joins. Keep adhesive-contact areas clear where a strong bond is required. Separate finishing of the interior and visible chassis parts helps preserve access to smaller details during assembly.

Reserve enough display space for the completed vehicle and any separately sourced trailer or companion model. Use the exact release details when planning accessories: related trucks can have different bodywork and equipment. Reference photographs are helpful for choosing period colors and restrained wear patterns.
