Evergreen Board & Batten 12x24" -- .100" Spacing

Evergreen 14543 is board-and-batten styrene siding for scratch building and model detailing. This listing is for Board & Batten 12x24" -- .100" Spacing. Match the section or pattern to your drawing before choosing the material for a new part.

Ideas for your workbench

Raised battens create a vertical wall pattern for outbuildings, industrial structures and rural scenes. The repeating relief helps define a wall even after paint and weathering are applied.

Choose the right size and format

Select batten spacing for the intended scale. Plan openings and corner trim before cutting so a seam or narrow leftover strip does not interrupt the pattern unnecessarily.

Cutting and finishing

Measure and mark the part before cutting, support the material on a suitable work surface and dry-fit the assembly. Use an adhesive appropriate for the materials being joined and test it on an offcut. Clean up cut edges before applying a compatible finish; a small test piece helps confirm the appearance before painting the completed model.
