Plan the finish at the workbench

Mission Models specifies its own Thinner / Reducer for the MMS primer. Spray even, light wet coats and leave Polyurethane Intermix out of the primer mix. Use a test part to judge the base color and surface before painting.

What to check before ordering

Choose a light primer beneath pale colors when coverage matters, or compare a dark primer when you want deeper shadows. Save a swatch with the topcoat as a reference for later touch-ups.
