Tix Solder Solutions Tix Denver Flux 1/2oz Bottle W/ Brush

Tix Denver Flux in a 2 oz bottle with a brush cap is a liquid flux for soft-soldering work on compatible metals. This is the joint-preparation product in the Tix range, offered at MegaHobby under the retained Allied Manufacturing vendor name.

Prepare the Joint for Soldering

The manufacturer describes Denver Flux as water-soluble and suitable for most metals and alloys when used with soft solder. Apply and clean up according to the current product instructions and confirm suitability for the specific metal and solder in your project.

Plan Detailed Metal Work

Before joining a small bracket, framework component or other fabricated part, check the fit and how the pieces will be held. Plan the assembly sequence so the joint is accessible and adjacent detail can be protected during the work. Practice with spare material before working on a completed model.

Flux promotes the soldering process; it is not the same product as Anti-Flux, which is used where solder flow is unwanted.
