Vee Hobby Deluxe Edition Ship Model Kits

Vee Hobby Deluxe Edition kits are for builders who want to spend more time on the fine details of a 1/700 ship model. Choose a subject first, then compare its Deluxe and Standard SKUs before ordering. This collection covers battleships, cruisers and light carriers, and the contents vary from one release to another.

Check the parts list before buying upgrades

Read the kit listing and inspect the parts before ordering aftermarket detail sets. Where a particular kit includes photo-etched, turned or 3D detail parts, check how those pieces attach to the plastic assemblies and plan which steps need a different adhesive or handling method. The Worcester Deluxe is one example of a release listed with all three types of detail parts.

Save the most fragile work for last

Dry-fit the main hull and deck, decide how to hold the ship while painting, and keep fragile fittings off the model while masking large areas. Use a light touch with primer and paint so small details remain visible. Shop hobby paints and modeling tools, or return to all Vee Hobby ship model kits to compare editions.
