Zap Zap-A-Gap Medium CA

Zap Zap-A-Gap Medium CA at MegaHobby

Zap-A-Gap CA+ is a medium-viscosity cyanoacrylate for general hobby assembly. Its body gives you more control over placement than thin CA and can accommodate small irregularities in a joint.

Prepare the joint

Dry-fit the model before gluing. Use just enough adhesive to wet the contact area, bring the parts together and hold alignment according to the label. On a finished surface, test on scrap first and plan where any squeeze-out will go.

At the workbench

A slightly thicker adhesive can help when attaching a separate bracket or detail to a flat face. Check the fit before gluing and adjust the parts if the joint has a substantial gap. Good contact gives you a more predictable assembly and makes cleanup easier.

Compare formats and formulas

Choose a small bottle for occasional repairs or a larger bottle for repeated work. If a seam is already tight and assembled, thin CA may flow into it more readily. For a joint that requires a slower assembly sequence, compare thick CA or a suitable epoxy.
