Zap Thin CA Glue

Zap Thin CA Glue at MegaHobby

Thin ZAP CA flows into close-fitting seams by capillary action. It is useful for joints you can position first, including closely fitted balsa parts and fine hobby assemblies where the glue needs to travel along a seam.

Prepare the joint

Dry-fit and support the parts before applying the adhesive. Touch a small drop to the joint and give the liquid room to travel. Protect nearby finishes and clear parts from stray adhesive. A fine applicator can help you reach the seam without flooding it.

At the workbench

For a seam that will be visible, practice on a joint with a similar fit and orientation. A large drop can travel beyond the seam, especially on porous stock. Keep a fine applicator handy and make sure the parts are supported before you bring the nozzle to the work.

Compare formats and formulas

Compare the pink-label bottle sizes based on how often you build. For a loose joint or an application where the liquid needs to stay in place, look at medium CA or a thick formula.
